Attorneys Vincent Todd and Eliza van Lennep named partners at Langrock Sperry & Wool
Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP is pleased to announce that Vincent J. Todd and Eliza H. van Lennep have been named partners at the firm, effective January 1st, 2023. Both attorneys will be based in the firm’s Burlington office.

Vince’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, business deals, entity governance, and Vermont cannabis licensure. He provides counsel to both individuals and businesses to help them achieve their transactional goals.
Before joining Langrock, Vince worked for a land use litigation firm in New Jersey. In addition, he previously clerked for the Vermont Superior Court, Lamoille and Orleans Units, working on a broad range of civil and criminal litigation.
Eliza has a diverse litigation practice. Her civil litigation practice includes employment discrimination matters, landlord/tenant law, contract disputes, Title IX proceedings and investigations, and post-secondary educational matters.
In her family law practice, Eliza seeks common-sense outcomes that will improve relationships between parents and parent and child. This includes divorce, parent/child contact and parental rights and responsibilities, child support, and other family court matters. In her probate court work, Eliza is experienced in guardianship proceedings and adoptions, including second-parent adoptions for same-sex couples and stepparent adoptions.
