Vince’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, business deals, entity governance, and Vermont cannabis licensure. He provides counsel to both individuals and businesses to help them achieve their transactional goals.
Vince joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in August 2018. Before joining the firm, he worked for a New Jersey land use litigation firm, where he was fortunate enough to work remotely from the Green Mountain State and simultaneously coach young ski racers. Prior to his land use gig, Vince clerked for the Vermont Superior Court, Lamoille and Orleans Units, working on a broad range of civil and criminal litigation.
Vince is originally from New Jersey, but has called Vermont home for over a decade. When he is not practicing law, you can find him on the ski slopes or cheering on his beloved Manchester United, New York Mets, and New York Giants.
