Corporate/Transactional Associate
We are accepting applications for an associate attorney with at least two years of experience in corporate and transactional matters. This is an opportunity to work with our team of transactional attorneys to represent firm clients in a broad range of business and investment matters, including the purchase, sale and financing of real estate as well as business formation, purchases and sales. Though we do offer some workplace flexibility this is an in-person role in Burlington, Vermont.
Salary Range $80,000-$100,000 (DOE)
