Popick Appointed to Board of Bar Examiners

LS&W attorney Hobart F. Popick was recently appointed by the Vermont Supreme Court as an associate member of the Vermont Board of Bar Examiners.

The Vermont Board of Bar Examiners consists of nine members and seven associate members. Seven of the members of the Board are attorneys admitted to the bar of the Vermont Supreme Court, the other two members are not admitted to the practice of law. The seven associate members are also licensed Vermont attorneys. The Board is charged with evaluating the professional competence of applicants to the bar of the State of Vermont, primarily through the preparation, administration, and grading of the Vermont Bar Examination.
