Chambers & Partners, publishers of Chambers USA, named Eric M. Knudsen, attorney and partner at Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP, a “notable practitioner” in real estate law.

A graduate of Georgetown University Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 1994), and University of Vermont (B.A., summa cum laude, 1991) (Phi Beta Kappa), Eric joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in 1994, and is today a partner the firm. Eric’s primary focus is commercial transactions and commercial real estate, representing clients in matters involving business acquisitions and sales, business start-ups and formations, commercial financing, secured transactions, and the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate.
Eric is a Burlington area native, and resides in South Burlington with his wife and three children.
