Langrock Attorney Michael Wool Named Chair-Elect of Higher Ed Board
The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) has named Michael Wool of Charlotte, a partner at the law firm Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP, its Chair-Elect.
Located in Boston and formed in 1955 by the six New England states, NEBHE facilitates best practices in higher education and promotes greater educational opportunities for New England’s residents. Its Regional Student Program-Tuition Break has saved over $50 million in tuition for more than 9,000 New England students and their families.
Michael’s legal practice focuses on sophisticated business transactions and tax planning. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp., a NYSE-listed company, and he is an ardent supporter and honorary board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington.
