Attorney Richard P. Nolan joins Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP

Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP is pleased to announce that Richard P. Nolan has joined the firm.

Rick received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014 and his B.S. in Biology from Saint Leo University in 2010. Prior to joining Langrock Sperry & Wool, Rick owned his own law practice in Florida, advising and assisting clients in estate planning matters, and served as a prosecutor in both Florida and Vermont, prosecuting traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and felonies. Before his legal career, Rick played professional baseball in the Washington Nationals organization, including two seasons with the Vermont Lake Monsters in Burlington.

In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, completing house projects, and working on his cars. He lives in Addison, Vermont, with his wife and two children.

His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and general civil litigation.

Rick is a member of the Vermont and Florida Bar Associations. He is based out of Langrock’s Middlebury office.
