Attorney Emmett F. Finocche joins Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP

Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP is pleased to announce that Emmett F. Finocche has joined the firm.

Emmett received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 2000 and his B.A. in Political Science and Architecture from Bennington College in 1995. Prior to joining Langrock Sperry & Wool in 2026, Emmett practiced at several full-service firms in Boston, Massachusetts, before founding and managing a small firm in Watertown, Massachusetts, and later joining a large firm in Portland, Maine.

In his free time, you’ll find Emmett skiing, hiking, searching for swimming holes, traveling with family and friends, and putting his passion for carpentry to good use, building anything from a ballista to a house.

His practice is transaction-based, concentrating on business, banking, commercial and residential real estate, development, permitting and zoning, and construction law.

Emmett is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar and has a pending application to become a member of the Vermont Bar. He is based out of Langrock’s Burlington office.
