Rick’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP, Rick owned his own law practice in Florida advising and assisting clients in estate planning matters. Additionally, Rick has served as a prosecutor in the State of Florida and State of Vermont prosecuting traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and felonies.
Prior to his legal career, Rick played professional baseball in the Washington Nationals organization, including two seasons for the Vermont Lake Monsters in Burlington, Vermont.
Rick lives in Addison, Vermont, with his wife and two children. Rick enjoys spending time with his family, completing house projects, and working on his cars.
