Biography
Eric joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000. Eric has a transaction-based practice focused on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial and investment real estate throughout Vermont. In representing his clients, Eric combines attention to detail with a common sense approach to problem-solving and deal-making.
Eric is a Burlington area native and resides in South Burlington with his wife and enjoys spending time with his three grown children. A lifelong basketball player and runner, Eric is now enjoying birding, finish carpentry, and cornhole as less strenuous hobbies.

Eric was named by Best Lawyers as Vermont’s “Lawyer of the Year” for Corporate Law in 2017 and named “Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate Law in the 2023. In addition, he was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships) for 2024.
